Warmth

Romans 15:3 (The Message)

3May our dependably steady and warmly personal God develop maturity in you so that you get along with each other as well as Jesus gets along with us all.

So I'm participating in a January photo project for www.dpchallenge.com, and the title is "Warmth." It's not necessarily a photo a day (thankfully), but I'll post some here as I post them there just for kicks. They may not be photos I take that day. This one posted here was taken a while back, but fits the project theme so I thought what the heck. Yesterday I posted a photo of Miss A and her mommy (the sepia one where she kisses her mommy on the cheek) since I thought that represented warmth well. I'll add more throughout the month. Hopefully it will give me some motivation to take out my camera a bit more often.

Speaking of warmth, wasn't it warm today??? I know very well how warm it was around noon, as I sat on the side of Rockwall St. with a blowout. Happy new year to me. Huzzah. ;)

Little Miss A

Matthew 18:3 (New International Version)

3And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Is there anything more precious in the world than children? I just love 'em...even ones that aren't my own. I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon at Ben Gill Park with Little Miss A and her beautiful and wonderful parents. Is she not the most adorable thing you've laid eyes on? I mean come on...who can resist that face??? :)

For a 2 year old, she was a very cooperative model, especially when playing with the bubbles. Dad only had to wrangle her two or three times. What more could one ask for?

I hope you enjoy viewing the pictures as much as I did taking them.
